Background information:

The commission responsible for the elaboration of the text that will introduce the theme for the discussion of the third (3rd) ACP, has agreed to submit the following survey-form to the delegations of each Caribbean country for the purpose of collecting as much information for the elaboration of the theme. This will permit greater levels of objectivity at the third (3rd) ACP. We call on each National Committee to circulate this form among its participants and to send the answers soon as possible to the said Commission, situated in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
